As Co-Founder & CEO of AIvolve Leadership Dynamics GmbH, he helps organizations combine AI-driven strategies with human-centered leadership to build future-ready enterprises. Prior to AIvolve, Frank served as Head of Customer Center Smart Industry at Emposo GmbH, where he led international digital transformation initiatives and achieved over 100% market growth. His career also includes senior leadership positions at Honeywell Aerospace, Hays, Akron Brass, and other multinational organizations, leading large-scale industrial projects, strategic partnerships, and operational transformation programs.
