Mohammad Rukunuzzaman is a Digital Transformation Expert, ERP Consultant, and Business Strategist with over 20 years of experience driving enterprise transformation, ERP implementation, and operational excellence across telecommunications, engineering services, and technology consulting. As the Co-Founder & CEO of Metamorphosis, he pioneered the introduction of Odoo ERP in Bangladesh and has successfully led 75+ ERP implementations for organizations across diverse industries. Prior to entrepreneurship, he spent more than 13 years at Banglalink, where he managed core network operations serving over 30 million customers and oversaw a USD 100 million technology operations budget. He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Ninth Sense, leading financial planning, business performance, and strategic growth initiatives. An experienced corporate trainer and former Adjunct Faculty at East Delta University, Mohammad is passionate about helping organizations leverage digital technologies, ERP systems, and business process optimization to achieve sustainable growth and operational excellence.
